Very clean and well equipped aparthotel which is close to the Metro. The staff were extremely helpful and we enjoyed staying here. Parking is available free of charge next door but we found it easier to street park a little further away as the car park was very busy.

Great place to stay in Toulouse.

From the moment you enter the hotel you receive a genuine, warm welcome from a very helpful and attentive staff. The rooms are very comfortable and meet all needs. The only slight criticism is the price of the breakfast, even for city centre prices, it seemed a bit excessive.

A little out the way of good restaurants but as had self contained kitchen means you could buy and cook yourself..no kettle but could heat water up in mircowave

Great accommodation, very clean , all the facilities, reception staff were lovely

This hotel is a real gem. It looks and feels brand new. The location is scenic, quiet and convenient. A 5 minute walk will take you to the metro stop or the bridge to walk into the city centre. The local area has plenty of restaurants, shops and sites. The staff are very friendly and thoughtful. The layout of the apartments is the most practical one I have seen yet. The hallway has 4 doors: one to the toilet with a wash basin, one to the bathbub/shower and sink, one to the bedroom and the last...

Very clean, spacious room. Surprisingly well-appointed kitchenette. Friendly front desk staff with good English. Not in the city centre but not too far away and very close to the airport (10mins in an Uber). Supermarkets and a couple of eating options nearby but it's mostly a residential area. Great value for money.

Good location for rail station but not in a nice area.

The hotel is 400 metres from the train station and a 10 - 15 minute walk from the centre. There is a Carrefour supermarket and Lidl about 50 metres from the hotel. The hotel is set back from the main street and is gated. The hotel staff are very friendly and immediately provided a map so we knew where we were in relation to the main sights. The hotel itself is incredible (considering the price). The rooms feel luxurious and have kitchen amenities. There is a gym, sauna and outdoor swimming...

Excellent stay, friendly professional staff, high standard room, great location

The mama shelter hotel in Toulouse is a wonderful place! I loved my stay there, because of the friendliness of the staff but also the incredibly funky design. Whilst I love my stay, I do wish to add that this hotel is primarily geared towards couples, groups of friends and families. I was travelling by myself, so I felt a little bit alone at times (for some reasons I thought this would be the place where former backpackers who started working, doing well etc would stay, so a social environment)....

Excellent location, very helpful staff, and generous rooms for the price. Highly recommended.

Clean and efficient in a great location for exploring Toulouse on foot. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the breakfast tasty and fresh. Very good croissants

The hotel was very nice indeed. Was in an excellent location. Staff were extremely helpful. Very relaxed environment.

Right in the centre, the room had air con and a balcony. Breakfast was a really lovely experience. Food was fresh and plentiful, with staff replenishing on a constant basis.

Clean modern hotel in one of the main squares, which felt safe even at night. Right next to the Victor Hugo market and bars/restaurants, so a bit of noise but not more than expected. Would stay again.

Great location, restaurant much better than it looks and well worth trying, great food, goodlimited wine list and friendly
