"In check in rude man on desk was 15 minutes early and he was rude our friends room was ready i joked saying oh really and he was stern well check in is at 3 I wouldn’t mind but he didn’t even check wish I had gone to the young lady on the desk ! just came across rude then when I came to check in at 3.05 had to ring some one to check. Didn’t like the room view was terrible didn’t look like the pictures and mould in the shower which the shower door didn’t shut either quite disappointed have stayed before in lovely rooms "
