"Intermittent internet is the thing that makes me hesistant to give a good review. I really needed it. Also, the shower was a bit broken. Staff was nice. Near the train but you need to walk 15-20 min to the beach."

"Reception area is clean and well presented. The room I was put in was pretty tired looking (chipped paint, small stains on walls etc) and had some old dust in places. Main issue was smell of sewage/drains in bathroom. Maintenance came and “sorted this out” but the smell returned within 12 hours. ..."

Our balcony door wouldn't close, took 2 days to get it repaired, was told it didnt matter because we were on the 9th floor so noone could get in! Functioning doors are deemed an optional extra! Lifts slow so takes forever to get anywhere. ..."
