"I was here for a 2 night stay. The room was excellent value, spotless and the hotel facilities and the free transport were also very good. My review would have been 5 stars but my air conditioner started leaking on the second night, soaking part of my bed and pillow. I reported it to the reception and was told that it was caused because I must of turned it down too low (seems strange as I thought that was the purpose of an air conditioner), I explained that it started leaking when it was actually off and was told nobody was available to fix it and it would probably stop leaking in an hour or so. No offer of a room move or even a replacement pillow (one was given after I asked). A couple of hours later it did appear to have stopped but started dripping constantly through the night, I had to put towels down on the floor and move my bed to not get wet. This put a negative slant on an otherwise excellent stay, hopefully it was just bad luck on the ac unit which looked quite new but the staff response could have been better."

Great facilities and location on the beach and a short stroll to Malaga centre. Spa facilities a real treat. The Breakfast is definitely worth the upgrade. Can’t recommend enough! We will be returning soon!"
