Welcoming and helpful staff on arrival. Super clean facilities. Close to Train station María Zambrano if you travel by train. A good 15 min. walk to get to Alcazaba, cathedral and most dining terrace. Really enjoyable for a short stay.

For the money it’s a great budget hotel. Convenient for the city. Super clean. Staff were lovely and very professional. Great black out blinds. We’ll definitely use again. Safe underground parking if you have a car at a reasonable cost, although large cars may struggle a bit with the lift. Many thanks.

The room had a nice bathroom. It was clean. The staff were friendly. However, there was a dispute over my check-out day. I had initially paid online for one night. After I had seen the room, I asked to pay cash for 4 extra nights. The person on reception calculated the cost for four nights (her words). In total, I believed I had paid for 5 nights (my initial booking plus 4 extra nights). The day before I was due to check out, they told me i had only paid for three nights. I would have to move to another room and pay for another night. I felt I was paying for their mistake but I say this as a warning to double-check everything has been understood.if you pay in cash. as they were changing their story each time I pointed out what happened. (At first, they told me I'd booked on a date that was earlier than I had). If I'd only paid for 3 nights why did the receptionist say I'd paid for 4? Why would she include the 1st night, when I'd already paid on-line? I'd already checked-in and been in the room before then asking for 4 extra nights.
