"Nous étions dans l’aile est et cette partie n’a pas été rénové. Les chambres sont propre mais les toilettes ressemble à des toilettes des années 80. Nous avions une chambre prit la chambre Deluxe mais déçu du rendu qualité prix. Les espaces commun sont superbe mais les chambres acceptable."

Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto
"The service is lacking of training. Not freindly and very poor staff presence. Looks like a factory has nothing resort. Cold and lack of imagination no creativity. I will never be back."

"I don’t think they damaged my car but I noticed after we left there was a posting to move all vehicles in the lot for pressure washing. An email notification or staff check in would have been great. Also concierge unable to get things like case of water etc. very clean, great location/rooms"
