When walked around the room it was clean and lovely and balcony in my room was amazing looking at cn tower with chairs and bedroom and bathroom and living room and kitchen was amazing. Couple issues that need addressing dishwasher jammed and fan in bathroom making load noise but never ruined my stay. Everything you need in kitchen is available plates and bowls and cutlery and washing and dryer comes in handy. Thank you for my stay.

The accommodation itself was decent for a family of four. It had a separate living room and bedroom, as well as laundry and cooking facilities, although we didn’t use them much. Overall, the space was comfortable enough for our stay. However, the room we were assigned was in a completely different location from what was originally advertised, requiring a 13-minute drive and placing us far from downtown. This was very confusing and frustrating. Since the payment had already been processed and a refund was not possible, we had no choice but to stay there. On the positive side, customer service was responsive, and the security deposit was initially held and then canceled promptly. That said, even though the accommodation itself was not bad, the overall experience was unsettling. Being asked to send IDs separately by email after payment, the large deposit amount, and the use of misleading address information made unnecessary stress and took away from the enjoyment of our trip.

One of the coziest little places I’ve stayed at! Has a lot of home items, washer/dryer included. Fast wifi. Walking distance to many great eateries, a mall, some barbers in case you need a quick haircut! Great prices for the few day stay. Will be staying again if I ever want to go to Toronto again.

The location was perfect, right across the street from the CN Tower and a short walk to both King St. and Queen St. The room was clean, spacious, as well as easy to check in and out of. The only (minor) issues of note were that the shower head kept leaking even when turned completely off, and there was no dishwasher soap. Other than that great stay, would recommend!

This hotel does not exist at the advertised address. It is a front for private condo rentals. It advertised one address and then I had to call to get the real address plus additional damage deposits separate from Expedia. I expected to be near my office but ended up being more than 1km away. Do not book here

This is a nice unit in a condo but not a hotel. I don’t appreciate the false marketing. Room was nice in a great building but thermostat did not work (just for show), and it was certainly not a hotel. More transparency would be nice so a guest knows exactly what they’re getting into.

Good location near Roger’s Centre and street cars. Only issue we had was opening locked box to get the key and had to walk back to the facility to place key in the room. Locked box is located two blocks from apartment. If catching an early morning flight placing key back in box may be a risk to the individual. Staff was easy to contact by text during the day but at 3 am trying to catch a flight may be a different story when locked box is difficult to open. TV remote batteries were dead we replaced as they wanted us to place the key back in the locked box that would have been inconvenient. However I would stay again.

Do not be fooled. This Airbnb style listing is not where it says it is. There is nothing on the listing referencing that the apartment is a 12 minute drive or 37 minute walk from where it says it is. You will not find out where your apartment is until you check in and put a security deposit down - that is also a violation of Expedia's policies, which does not allow outside payment processors.

DO NOT book this place. They lied about the address it’s a fake listed hotel. It’s not even a hotel it’s just at the ICE condo (which has a bad reputation) they’re renting short term and when u go the address listed the receptionist said that they are scamming. It took me over 3 hours to actually check in to this room and had to do it in the phone and with a $500 check in hold which sounded like a scam. The place is loud and not accurate to the photos. I requested to speak to someone to be compensated and the lady in the phone said that was not possible.

Accueil : attente de 15 min à l’entrée pour obtenir les clés, réponse rapide par textos si questions ou problème, bien situé pour visiter et le transport en commun et équipé sauf lave-vaisselle non fonctionnel, parking à même l’établissement et moins cher qu’ailleurs, tranquille et commodités proches, difficulté à récupérer le dépôt qui a été pris deux fois sur ma visa dont une fois après avoir quitté malgré avoir laissé l’endroit impeccable. On m’a dit qu’on réglerait cela mais j’attends toujours la correction une semaine plus tard. Un billet de contestation a du être ouvert avec Visa. Dommage ça laisse un goût amère sur l’expérience
