My family & I loved the affordability of the accommodations, especially being on a budget with everything else in the city. We had our own kitchen to keep all our personal food cool and the condo itself was very nice! I loved how close the shopping was and walking distance. The Starbucks right by the condos was a nice touch as well! Check-in qas simple and not complicated at all. We will definitely be staying here over and over again!

The room was great - clean, beautiful view of the city, great host communication and easy check-in. The 2nd bedroom was very tiny and no where to put a suitcase and there was a drip coffee perk but no coffee. Other than that it was wonderful.

Nice alternative to hotels, especially in the high season. Comfy beds, wifi excellent, Loved the view and the many restaurants. Hot water takes a while but very warm. One details that’s not mentioned is that the building does not accept parcel delivery, which is unpractical when on business. Otherwise it was great.

Excellent 4-day stay. Our flight arrived hours before check in so they let us check in early and drop off bags, which was much appreciated! Loved having laundry and kitchen in the suite, and a balcony. I also didn't realize this when I booked but this place is within walking distance of some really, really good food (we liked Egg Club, The Dialog, The Spicy Ethiopian, Afro's, and Delhi Momos but also meant to check out the Uighur and Afghan restaurants nearby and didn't have time) as well as the TMU train station and a streetcar stop, so we ended up not even needing to rent a car. The only drawbacks I would point out are that the elevators can take a while if you're on the higher floors (maybe like 5-10 minutes if it's busy) and traffic/sirens on the street can be a little loud, but it's all part of city life lol. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Toronto.

It's in a great location. Easy access to the area and onsite parking is helpful. The unit was clean and well appointed. The building serves rental units and residences, so the overall atmosphere is quiet. When selecting a unit on Expedia, know that you are picking a class of units, not a specific unit. The units are all laid out the same, but if you're expecting particular decor or balcony views, you may not get what you selected during booking.

This unit is pretty run down, damaged floors, doors and cabinets - the shower curtain is too short making it leak on the floor - shower curtains is also gross. Generally not a well maintained suite.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Toronto! L’appartement était grand, propre et bien aménagé, avec deux chambres séparées et deux salles de bain. La vue était magnifique. Le personnel a été génial et a répondu à tous nos besoins. Si je retourne à Toronto, je choisirai cet endroit sans hésiter!
