"El apartamento esta en excelentes condiciones. Muy bien equipado y con una ubicación inmejorable. Pero es muy ruidoso por estar en avenida, y las ventanas de las habitaciones no sellan bien, entonces no es facil dormir por tanto ruido. El anfitrion es amable, y aunque tardo 2 dias en darnos los controles de AC, se soluciono al final. El apartamento es muy caliente en verano. Ojala puedan rellenar los cafés continuamente ya que solo ponen al principio y nunca mas aunque estes varios dias....

"Very helpful staff, and nice place in good location. They arranged for an earlier check in. Could have been a bit cleaner, as felt it hadn't been used in a while. There was also no shampoo or body soap there, but they arranged for some after asking. Overall good though"

"Lets begin with the positives. The apartment is in a great location within easy walking distance of many of the main attractions, the Porta Nuova railway station and the airport bus drop off point. Very convenient and the nearest supermarket (Carrefour) is right by the entrance.The Wi-Fi works well. The photos in the listing were very flattering but the reality is very different. Abbiamo chiesto una coperta più pesante visto che siamo a Novembre e sul letto c'era una trapuntina estiva,sono tornato a casa con febbre e raffreddore . Avrei gradito almeno una bottiglia d'acqua e un caffè giusto ABC non pretendevamo tanto.. esperienza poco positiva non rispondono se hai un problema ."

"Pictures nicer than reality. Ground floor flat in a super location, but dark and no possibility to open a window. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher, but no tabs to use them. As a traveller you would appreciate some customer focus in terms of maybe a bottle of water or coffee capsules or so. Do not expect this here. "
