Well kept property, clean, and with great staff. Walking distance to train station (Porta Susa), right in front on tram stop and metro station. Would stay here again.

Centrally located, walking distance to almost everything. Breakfast buffet was excellent and changed a few items daily. Lobby was stunning and the view from the fifth floor overlooked the porta palatina

Great location very close to Porta Nuova station Great service from all, especially Claudio at the front desk. Big choice at breakfast with friendly staff Easy to walk to the main sights If coming from the airport, you can take the 268 Shuttle Bus (get there as soon as possible after the plane lands as the queue builds up quickly). Turn right as you exit the terminal and it's a short walk ahead. 7.50€ per person and drops you off very close to the hotel. No complaints at all from us!

This was a great place to stay. My only quibbles are that the plastic cups used for the juices at breakfast were so flimsy they almost collapse in your hand (and seemed rather downmarket), a more varied selection of fruit would have been good, and some muesli.

Very quaint, and the restaurant was amazing. I enjoyed every part of the stay
