"The staff deserves 10 stars. Very caring. The front desk manager Emmanuel went over and above his duty to locate a cab driver in whose cab we forgot our backpack and managed to get it back for us. Even when I checked out for a few days and returned, my luggage that I had placed in the hotel was already inside my room. The bathrooms were a tiny and could use an update and the location of the hotel is 30 mins walk from the center. These are the only minor gripes"
