"Lovely place with excellent security and within the proximity of the shopping mall, bars and restaurants."

"We got a family room excellent for 5, 2 big beds and 2 single beds. Great value for money. We had a very good time in Alcazaba hotel. There is a great Nando's restaurany at 100m. Good facility for the car at the supermarket parking closed very near. The neighbourhood is not beautiful nor very quiet by night. Great breakfast !"

"We found our luggage had been stolen from while inside a locked private room. After bringing this to the attention of staff they told us the footage had been deleted and several staff lied to us in the process. At the police station we learned this was a known problem for this property. Other guests need to be careful around the staff of this place."

"There's black mold all over the shower wall, in the kitchen above the cupboard as well, and a bit starting to grow on the ceiling above the bed. The lady working there was very friendly though. The place is quite outdated. I didn’t care about much I just wanted to shower and rest after a long flight but due to the black mold all over the bathroom I was too uncomfortable to shower."

"First of all, the location isn't great: while Melville may not be dangerous, I did not feel very safe there. The flimsy door to my room did not help. There was a safe in my room but it was locked, and when I asked if I could use it I was told that it was not possible. The room itself wasn't very clean and there was not a nice odor to it. Breakfast wasn't very great and there were very few options. Staff was not very helpful, difficult at times to communicate with in English, and check in was...
