"We stayed three days and it was a fine hotel for the price. We could have stayed down the road at the $362 per night place, but that was out of the question, budget-wise. This place was responsive to requests and even allowed us to switch to a more accessible room. Parking was good, the rooms were OK - considering the age of the building. Maintenance is an issue there, but again, considering the age of the building, they are trying to keep up."

"Included breakfast was great. Easy drive to both Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Not much walkable from hotel but easy access with car and plenty of parking. Nice pool area and hotel is kept very clean even tho rooms are slightly dated. Staff always helpful and accommodating.plan to come back again next year :)"

The rooms were spacious and cozy. Everything was comfortable and quiet. It’s perfect for a getaway and close to Indian river, petoskey. Harbor springs etc. "

The room was spacious and clean; the staff was very friendly and helpful; the price was reasonable; the breakfast was good; and the place was in a convenient location. If I was in that area again, or driving through it, I would certainly stay again. "
