The car park is too small for the volume using it and very tight for larger vehicles but staff were exceptionally helpfully in finding us a parking space when we arrived and the car park was full . WARNING! we booked through Expedia who charged us 5% more than the room rate on the hotels invoice at check out. BOOK DIRECT OR AG LEAST NOT THROUGH EXPEDIA "

"Very modern hotel with lovely staff. Breakfast buffet was great with good quality produce. Location is about 15 minutes walk, but the bus stops right outside to buses direct into the centre of Leeds. Will definitely be staying again."
