"We had a really late flight after checkout and didn’t know what to do about our luggage. We asked the staff about it and they will said they could hold our luggage for free until we needed to go to the airport. They staff was very nice, the room was small and not much walking room, but it was very clean and updated. I would stay there again. It wasn’t far from the monorail, although we took a taxi to and from the airport because our luggage was too much for the stairs to the monorail. There was also a 711 and Family Mart next to the hotel. "

"This was the second time we have stayed at a Nest Hotel and have not been disappointed. The staff always greet you with a smile, helped us book dinner reservations several times, called cabs, and were generally just really nice people.
