"The location of the hotel is convenient enough to get to Tokyo station in less than half an hour, but it’s still far enough removed from the downtown core to not be too crowded. The JR red line takes you to Disney, which is convenient ( why we picked it actually) and the hotel is modern and clean. There aren’t as many food options nearby, compared to if you stayed in more central locations like Ginza or Shibuya. One downside to the hotel was that while it offers laundry options, there are only 4 washers, which means the laundry is always busy."
