"Amazing Service and Everything Meets and Exceeds Expectations Only Amenities that need upgrading is the gym due to insufficient amount of weight and only having dumbbell rack and treadmills as the exercises and the laundry dryer was very weak even after 3 hrs of drying 2 hoodies they were still damped however regardless of these two downsides the staff and the room itself made everything an amazing experience. "

"The room was amazing! We had an beautiful view and had no problems with our stay. All the staff was very nice and helped us with our luggage. So many things are close by as well, along with a 7/11 and many different restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!"

"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Extremely clean, great location that was also quiet, and staff were lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. The bathhouse was a huge plus and so relaxing. Whenever I come back to Tokyo, I am coming here!"

"The Executive Floor is probably the best way to experience the Hotel, You get access to the lounge and you can basically go any time before 8pm and have different selections. My Wife and I had a great time"

"We skipped the breakfast because the aeon supermarket and coffee shop opens at 8am so we went down to the coffee shop for breakfast! The hotel is great! Clean, spacious rooms! The onsen and grand ariake garden mall is the best place for families to stay! Such good restaurants and the onsen connected to the hotel is so clean and relaxing! "
