Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur
Room was clean. And staff was great! Excellent location of the hotel too. Highly recommend! Only down side was the pool closed at 9pm, and we like to swim later.

Room spacious, but plain. Staff disorganised. Reception has unacceptable waiting times, over half an hour just to get new keys. 3/4*, not 5.
