Grand Hotel Tijuana
We appreciated the nice restaurant and wonderful staff, the convenience of a small store in the hotel, and a great pool area. Everything was very clean and everyone was very friendly. Highly recommend!

Holiday Inn Tijuana Zona Rio by IHG
Excellent at front counter, lovely staff, very nice hotel. The ac didn’t work though. Food was great.

Hotel Festival Plaza Playas Rosarito
Tried checking in early and it wasn't possible . Waited almost 45min after check in at 3pm to get room . Staff was rude and charged me 15$ dollars for a towel that was misplaced on the balcony
