"Friendly staff"

"We stayed for two nights and the check in process was very quick. A gentleman helped us take our luggage to our room and gave us many suggestions on things to do in the area. One of the elevators was out of service but the we did not feel a wait for the elevator at any time. Our stay included breakfast for two and the Sunday buffet breakfast was impressive. There were so many food and drink choices. There is a Starbucks in the lobby area as well. The staff was incredibly respectful, helpful, polite and very attentive. However, getting in and out of the parking structure was a bit tricky. You can see the scratches of other cars on the walls as they made the turn from one level to another. The parking spots were not for large vehicles. There is a small fee to park in the structure but you can pay it on the first day to avoid delays. I felt that our car was safe as the staff was visible through the premises. The hotel is down the street from the mall, the stadium, and many restaurants. We paid for room with a view of the city and we were given a room in the 2nd floor. I would have liked a floor at a higher floor to seek the lights at night but the room was very clean. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. "

"Clean room, breakfast bar and buffet is so good, the surrounding area has a lot of good places to eat and there’s a convenience store pretty close, staff is very nice."
