"We had the most relaxing stay at this hotel. The room was perfect with an incredible ocean view.My wife had an amazing time in the spa and can't thank all the staff enough for looking after us. We what to give a special thanks to Jenny Fiona and Lili. They went about and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. "Please don't book this hotel ! It says it is 4 star but it's not . Super old and moldy . Showers are moldy and seems like not cleaned with right products . They were understanding and changed my room but it has mold on the shower nobs and the corners , front of my room wasn't cleaned at all and the hotel hall way is pretty disgusting and has an odor. They should not charge as much as they do . I just paid 5× the money for a old hotel . The staff are amazing . I requested a refund but they said they can't . They gave me a free massage but still doesnt make sense why they have not up kept their hotel to a 4 star standard. "
