"The whole resort was sparkling clean, they have much to offer in amenities with several restaurant options, pools etc. We loved the location being close to so many fun activities, spring training games, hiking galore, shopping, etc! Our room was so comfortable! The housekeeping staff was exceptional, stopping daily with clean towels, glassware etc as needed! The only thing we needed that they don’t offer was guest laundry. I highly recommend Talking Stick as your Scottsdale/Phoenix area resort! "

"We chose this hotel because it was affordable and in a good location. However, once we checked in we were very surprised that is had received good reviews. The entire property was in poor condition and not clean or well-maintained - including a murky, green swimming pool that was not useable. We were very disappointed and would never stay there again. "Our stay at Great Wolf Lodge in Scottsdale was very disappointing. The rooms felt very outdated and the entire hallway had a strong stale, moldy, musty smell that was honestly nauseating and gave me a headache. Unfortunately, the smell even seeped into our room through the door, which made it very uncomfortable to relax. Cleanliness was also a concern. There was hair left on the bathroom counter when we arrived, and we even found a piece of hair on the bed. That immediately made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. Overall, the condition of the rooms and lack of cleanliness made this a very unpleasant experience. For the price you pay to stay here, I expected much better. Sadly, I will not be returning"

"When we are in town, we always stay at The Westin Tempe. The hotel is well maintained and the entire staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance."

"Comfortable safe great to be able to bring our dog, please refill doggie bags at stations weve stayed 3x and they are always empty.. don't want to leave a mess on grounds. We bring them now.. "

"Check in was a nightmare, a kiosk where a man with a very thick accent attempted to direct me on check in. His words were being close captioned and even the captioning couldn’t understand him. At one point it said he was talking about Pokeman and something about a black mask. It was seriously aggravating. After several minutes he told me my key was below in the machine. It was not. Eventually someone came out from the back, opened the machine and spent several minutes trying to reload the key cards. When I finally got to my room it appeared clean. There were several long dark hairs in the bathroom. The bedding was fine but the beds themselves were lumpy and very uncomfortable as were the pillows. The tv turned on but every station stated the signal was too weak or unavailable. The air conditioner was effective but loud. I would never stay here again and would advise anyone thinking of stay to reconsider. "
