La Siesta spa was great this stay was amazing from beginning till end. Clean rooms, amenities amazing and they stay restocking your room. I will definitely be staying here again. "This was our first time to Vietnam and we wanted to have a combination of beach and Hoi an life. This offered the perfect balance. The room was great with a wonderful view of the resort and the stunning beach. The staff at bars were excellent!!! We loved the young lady in the restaurant who adores our daughter. The shuttle bus was excellent and we used it 3 times. The only thing we would like to see change is slightly more variety and offers throughout the day from kids club. All in all, we had a fabulous experience and would definitely return."

"We had an amazing stay and were truly impressed by the level of service at this hotel. From the moment we entered the hotel each day, we were always greeted by smiling and attentive staff. The team paid attention to the little details, from taking care of our daily needs to beautifully decorating our bed. These thoughtful touches really made our stay feel special. We did have a slightly unpleasant experience with the service at the spa. However, what impressed me most was how the hotel took the initiative to provide service recovery without us even asking for it. I had actually told them that 95% of our experience had been wonderful and that one small incident would not change our overall impression. Yet, they still went out of their way to make things right. That really showed us how seriously they take their guests' experience and service standards. Overall, we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. A wonderful hotel with genuinely attentive service, and definitely a place I would recommend staying at when visiting Hoi An."
