The food and beverages are outstanding too but the real highlight is the incredible service - everyone has been so warm and kind, and we already don’t want to leave. "Superb hotel, beautiful location, lovely rooms and facilities but it was the staff that went above and beyond that made our stay so special. They were so friendly and catered really well to our daughter who is wheat intolerant. We dined for breakfast, room service lunch, dinner and a wedding reception dinner which was absolutely delicious. We used the spa and shuttle into Hoi An. I definitely recommend the hotel and really hope to return in the not too distant future. Probably the best hotel my children have ever stayed in."

Special mention to Duyen Nhi and Helen for making us feel like our family was never in need and providing us with great service.
