It was nice to have a washer/dryer to have access to.The down fall was the start button was broken and had to ask the person at the front desk to get it started. The only other 3 down falls were, the room was not ready at 3pm. Even at 4 they were still cleaning the room. The pool wasn’t filled and my grandson was looking forward to the pool. The back entrance was not working. Normally it wouldn't be a big deal. However, I was traveling with a toddler and lots of bags. My room was at the end close to that back door and they had no other room closer. "

"This is one of our favorite places to stay anywhere. I stay there even when I am not going to be in Norman. Great location, staff, food, and always clean. I had an issue one stay and the staff answered middle of the night and resolved the issue immediately and it wasn't even a huge deal. Romantic weekend must and I recommend it to everyone. In fact this stay was for my daughter and her partner. They loved it and are making it a regular place. Old reputation left with the old owner this is the perfect hidden gem. "
