Best Western Markita Inn
The staff member who checked us in held us hostage for an additional $75 fee after we had already paid $181 for the room ahead of time. He was rude and told me to pay it or leave and he wouldn't refund me for the room if I left. The AC in the room did not work at all. Finally after trying for hours ...

Reese Tower
We loved the space but the ac would not work. So we were miserable all night. Even after following instructions that were posted. But if we could have figured that out, it would have been perfect.
