Not sure about pets because we didn't take ours with us. Never made it to the hot tub. The room was very spacious, comfortable bed, black out curtains. Very nice quiet place after a long 8 hour trip. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The ones in the shower are empty. Great hot water and water pressure. Breakfast is basic waffles, cold cereal, etc... Room had a good mini fridge in it and microwave. If you are a coffee drinker you will want to bring a regular coffee pot,they have a single cup Kuerig with 1 regular and 1 decaf.
