"The fridge in our room had not been emptied/cleaned out when we arrived. The last guests had left half an opened beer, salad, drinks, etc. After a few requests the beer was taken away but the other junk not, so we finally cleaned it out ourselves. That was our only issue. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The bed was super comfortable. We would stay here again, and recommend it."

"Riom was very clean, servuce was great. Olivia waited on us twice in the restaurant, she was on top of it. Originally had a bad mattress, they changed it out very quickly."
