"It was a refreshing experience to be able to stay at the Turtle Towers Apartments. Everything was made to be as attractive as possible in the apartment. The green environs are a treat as well as access to a beach. The views from the balcony of the hill sides are breathtaking especially in the morning. There were a couple spots within the apartment in need of attention, but if these were addressed, I'd easily rate this as a 5-star experience. The location is ideal. We were in close proximity...

"I recently stayed at RIU Ocho Rios and had a great experience. The resort was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The food offered plenty of variety, and the restaurants were excellent. The beach was stunning, with clear water and plenty of space to relax. The entertainment team did a great job keeping guests engaged with activities throughout the day and fun shows at night. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend RIU Ocho Rios to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Jamaica. I look forward to visiting again in the future!"

"It started with us having to change our room twice then the safe didn’t work never fixed it then the actually checked somebody into our room they barged in as my husband was in a towel unacceptable! This place was a nightmare from start to finish"

"First off, on arrival the room was dark and a little dated with mismatched flooring tiles. The main bed room ceiling light did not work, neither did the side table light. I called downstairs to receptionist and was informed that maintenance was gone for the day and they would send someone to change the side table light but the ceiling light would be fixed the following day. A drink credit was given for the inconvenience. No one ever came to fix the ceiling light the next day. The refrigerator didn’t work and the for an hour there was no water. I called to let them know about the refrigerator and reminded them about the ceiling light. My husband and I got to breakfast around 8:30am and was not served until 9:45am due to them only having one staff member available for breakfast. When we did get served they run out of some food items. Lunch was no different we waited about 2 hours and when we did receive our food it was cold and unedible. The refrigerator was changed the next morning and about 7pm on our final night they offered to change our room. We declined since we were checking out early the next morning. Mind you this was a busy Mother’s Day weekend you would think they would staff and have food for the reservations they had. We requested to speak to the manager but that did not happen either, bad customer service."
