This was our second stay at the hotel - despite the below average reception experience the first time round - mostly due to the hotel's location right by the lake, which allowed us to go swimming in the lake as well as the pool without any hassle. A lovely hotel right on the lake, made even better with a free room suite upgrade overlooking the lake. If I were to ever return to Kelowna, this is where I'd stay.

Very nice hotel, excellent view, very nice rolm. Lift was broken and there was only one lift so had to carry all the heavy luggage down outside steps as there were no steps to the lobby.

Spacious room with balcony. Quiet and within walking distance of small town and amenities.
