"As most of the reviews have mentioned, the hotel has beautiful views of the valleys. Its nice and refreshing to wake up looking at the views in the morning. You feel invited to the property and the staff is helpful. The access road is terrible and there is no restaurant within walking distance. The hotel does try to sell dining/breakfast package which are quite steep. Also, their breakfast and dining menu prices are very expensive. I would have liked the hotel to have reasonable dining price since there is no nearby eating options other than driving to town. The kids enjoyed the game room. The property has only one elevator which at times is slow. But we liked the food in the restaurant and the location and views trumps everything else. Would highly recommend the hotel. "

"Well maintained resort with friendly, polite and courteous staff. From check-in to check-out, had an amazing experience. The valley view from the room was spectacular and the resorts green space was very well maintained. Front desk staff greets you, escorts you to the room and politely shows the amenities in the room. Food at the buffet breakfast and dinner was delicious with a wide variety of Indian and continental dishes. The restaurant manager AkhiI and his staff provided excellent service. I also used the spa for a three day massage therapy. The massage therapist was very good and I felt rejuvenated after the session. Overall an excellent stay and will stay at this resort again."
