"Delicious food, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. This has the whole package. Had loads of fun staying here. Had some problems with the bill payment but the staff went the extra mile to help me through the process. The owner is a fantastic man. My go-to place for whenever I return to Thimphu for sure!"

"The hotel is centrally located. Rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful. The serve good quality coffee and has a trained barista.
The only downside is some of the rooms heating isn’t working at all. "

"I am from the US. This is my first time here. Excellent customer service. Especially the welcoming culture is very friendly. Made me feel very welcome. Every welcoming staff I encountered was well trained. Well trained staff."
