Hotel is located quite close to points of interest and even the office for obtaining permit for Punakha and other regions is located close. Rooms were spacious (we were 3 adults in one room) and clean, food was great ( we did not take the buffet option and directly ordered from restaurant). Only thing was that the hotel collect extra amount from us saying Expedia has not collected the amount for the extra bed. The invoice from Expedia though clearly mentioned 3 adults. The room and facilities were great but we were really disappointed with the service. We checked in around 3:30 pm and stepped out at 4. We asked specifically if there was going to be dinner served, they said yes. We got back around 8 pm and were told that the kitchen had closed and we should have put in an order for dinner before 7 pm. This is a great property, ideally situated to climb to the Tigers Nest. It's further away from Paro. The rooms are great ( and yes they have wooden baths!! ). Some rooms feature a view of the Tigers Best. Welcome cocktails and a great lounge area.

The stay was so amazing, connected to nature.calm and serene. Listening to sound and enjoying the beauty of of river Pachu flowing near by, Paddy fields, mountains and valleys.
Extremely helpful staff , owner of resort and his wife . Very clean and sustainable, nature friendly resort. Ideal get away for a nature lover.

Everything in the hotel was excellent. Got personalised hospitality experience from the owner of the property. Every need was taken care of and flexibility in timings for meals was greatly appreciated. No shortcomings in services at all. Never felt we were staying in a commercial hotel, felt as if we were staying at our own home. Will definitely stay here whenever we visit again and strongly recommend to all friends.
