Very very hospitable, the staff was absolutely amazing. We had no trouble, they were very helpful and accommodating. We have never come across a better hotel staff. The only Problem we faced with the hotel was that we were not able to pay the bill by card while checking out, but that was probably because of signal issues. Overall, Dusit was my favourite part of my Bhutan trip and I would definitely recommend it to anybody going to Thimphu or to any dusit hotel for that matter.

Very nice and hospitable place. Rooms were amazing and service was excellent.

Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was noisy at the time of my stay due to other guests speaking loudly and opening and closing doors late at night and early morning. Before me needing to ask, the staff moved me to a quiet room. The breakfast was good. A decent coffee machine would have made the experience nicer. The hotel represents excellent value for money. It is around 10 minutes or so from Paro and 20 mins to airport.

It is very near to famous hill-top Paro Taktsang Monastery and also near to Paro market and Paro International Airport.

A pleasant stay at the end of our hectic trip. This gave us opportunity to relax and gear up for the hectic schedule that awaited us. The overall experience was good and the property lived up to all expectations from a 5-star property. There was nothing much to do at the property apart from usual spa, gym etc. This appeared more as a business hotel rather than a resort that we had assumed. Perhaps a cultural evening or help in planning few off-beat activities in a tourist destination like Paro...

Good comfortable place with large size rooms. The property is located in the midst of very beautiful natural surroundings.

It is a very nice hotel in the heart of the downtown but yet very open and with good views. the staff behaviour is excellent. the spa at the hotel is the Excellent and the staff is fully trained and conversant with the techniques. Only the food section need some improvement. the taste and preparation of the food was not upto the mark and chef and their cooking staff need to be trained properly.

Hotel is located quite close to points of interest and even the office for obtaining permit for Punakha and other regions is located close. Rooms were spacious (we were 3 adults in one room) and clean, food was great ( we did not take the buffet option and directly ordered from restaurant). Only thing was that the hotel collect extra amount from us saying Expedia has not collected the amount for the extra bed. The invoice from Expedia though clearly mentioned 3 adults. The hotel did not give us...

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel. The lighting near the beds was inadequate. During my stay there was power cut for long duration.
