" This hotel was great for our family of four. Our plane didn’t land until 12 am and so we had contacted our the hotel to let them know around 3 pm that day. When we arrived at midnight it was very tough to wake up the staff and they were not prepared for us. They gave us two rooms even though we didn’t need two rooms. "The interior courtyard was small and a bit confining. The rooftop could have been a nice place to get some breathing room but never seemed to be open with all of the furniture covered every time I went up. You are in an area that it is not so clean if you want to go outside so having a little sanctuary area on the roof would have been nice. Breakfast was a broad menu and the food was good. I was here for work so I didn’t get to try the other restaurant. Bathroom faucet was very loose from the basin but overall the bathroom/shower was as nice. A/C in the room worked really well which was great in 110 degree weather. They should really keep up the street outside the hotel. It was really polluted and it would not take much to actually pick up the trash and rubble on the streets outside of the havelli as well."
