Hotel.com incompétents

Nous sommes tres déçu de ne pas avoir de reponse de demande dannulation cause voiture en panne. Nous ne prendrons plus jamais l'application hotel.com ils sont incompétent. D'autre part il faut un tapis au fond de la baignoire elle est glissante c'est dangereux .

A FUIR À EVITER

Salle de bains d une des chambres non faite, avec cheveux dans le lavabo, poils pubiens sur la cuvette des WC. Apres signalement, seule la baignoire a ete nettoyée. Chambre retrouvee ouverte apres passage de l agent de nettoyage. Au moment du coucher, belle poignée de cheveux dans les draps. Dégoûtant à souhait. Personnel du lendemain matin non accueillant.
