Very comfortable stay

Hotel exceeded our expectations - large room, comfortable bed with light breakfast included a nice touch. Even had a fan which was put to good use due to hot weather. And good value for money!

Decent enough for the price.

The hotel overall is acceptable, was clean and comfortable. I had an evening meal which was good quality. What is above and beyond are inclusion of fridge, microwave and toaster with some bread butter and cereals. Only real gripes were the bathroom was cramped and no WIFI which apparently had been down for some time. I was able to use the WiFi in the bar while I ate.

We arrived late to a building site. Grappled for a key in a cobwebby entrance. The room looked cleanish but it smelt kind of musty and felt like there was a film of grease everywhere.

We wanted to stay in a typical coaching inn and this fitted the bill nicely. Lovely comfy beds and very quiety. Easy parking and very convenient location. Nice, helpful staff.

Warm and inviting with a charming bar

Room was clean, warm and well equipped. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Carpark is large and easy find. Bar is wonderful, would stay again.

Easy check in. Lovely big room. Very clean with a huge bed a compact but adequate bathroom. Loved the in room continental breakfast. In all, a very comfortable nights stay and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely excellent service, outstanding food, wonderful staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Currently going through renovations but the room was very clean, DIY breakfast was topped up each day and can recommend the full English, which was an extra charge but definitely more than worth it. Thank you to all the staff and will definitely return

Spacious well equipped rooms with great restaurant

I stay at the Willow House a couple of time a year with work and have always found the accommodation to be excellent. Spacious rooms with plenty of power points, fridge, toaster, microwave and some breakfast supplies in your room. The bed is comfortable and although the ensuite is compact, it has everything you need. The restaurant serves great food too.

So easy to book in and stay

My daughter and I had a lovely couple of days staying with you. The ease of booking in contactless was fantastic. The complimentary breakfast was an added bonus. My daughter was thrilled when we returned after a day out to find her teddies had been tucked into bed ready for her.
