"This hotel lied and said they had heated. It was not when I told desk they didn't really have excuse why it wasn't heated. When I called corporate I was told there pools are heated Feb, March and April. When I went it was April 26th so it should have been heated. I ended up leaving a day early and not even reimbursed for that night stay. Then when I got home I looked at my bank account and they took 250.00 out of my account saying I smoked in room. I have never smoked a day in my life. I am taking them to court if corporate doesn't take care of this matter. This is total robbery they stoled money out of my account basically. Staff was very rude when I called to tell them I have never in my life smoked "

"The shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion were useless. They were in little very stiff bottles that required both hands to get any out of the bottles. In order to use the body lotion I flattened the bottle with both hands to dispense the bit of lotion onto a tissue. I realize this is not the fault of the staff, but whomever is in charge of choosing what to order for use of guests. The water pressure in my sink was a trickle when I tried to get hot water. Luckily I was able to get hot water in the shower!"

"We spent the night in Globe and this motel worked out very well. Shula helped us settle in and went above and beyond to help us. The room was clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again. There does need some updating in a few areas at the hotel but looks like they are working on it."

"No working smoke detector in room. No coffee maker in room. No ice machine on the property. Breakfast was a joke. Muffins from God knows when and stale cereal."

"Casino was fantastic, parking very safe a lot of cameras. Hotel was very nice aesthetically, however outlit on 1 night stand had no power, the shower door only opens on the furthest away from faucet so you have to turn showerhead to the wall, or ur gonna get hit with freezing water for 3 min. The toilet paper is horribly rough we had a half a roll on check in and 1 on shelf. The pillows are very small for a king bed theyre like child size. No snack machines just coke. Overall we had a great time just minor inconveniences to be aware of."
