The downs are the ladies at the front desk were fairly rude and not helpful and the food at the sports bar was not good at all. "

"The check out on Hotels.com showed noon but I didn't realize the check out on the door in our room said 11:00. Front desk came knocking at the door and asked if we were checking out. I advised him of what my online receipt showed as check out and he was nice and said it was fine and didn't try to charge for a late check out. Definitely would stay here again. It had everything we needed and more. Very spacious rooms."
