"We ended up in accessible room, not our choice, but it was fine other than the water that rolled out of the shower onto the bathroom floor even when the shower head was pointed to the wall. Need a way to catch water. "

"Compliments to Raven (server) she was awesome and not at all happy to tell us ther kitchen was out of at least 7 items on the menu. Towel bar in room falling off wall. Noisy fridge and needed lamp in living area. Food was delightful and Michael helped us get settled into our room."

"Friendly and welcoming staff. Room was clean, nice size refrigerator, had microwave. Felt secure as I was able to park my car right in front of my room. They have security gates with an access code for entry. Serve hot breakfast! "

"Way too expensive for what you get. Over $150. Globe is an unusual hotel market. Most of the guests are on expense accounts, so the hotels can raise the prices high. Also, not a lot of competition. The room was, at best satisfactory. The bathroom had open screw holes in the wall and the bathtub was stained. The room smelled like cleaning chemicals. The TV line-up was mostly informercials. The towels were plush and soft. The bed was comfortable."

"The doorknob in the bathroom fell off when I closed the door, and I was locked inside for more than an hour. I was screaming and banging for help. I tried to escape but couldn't. I had scratches on my hand from trying to get out. Eventually, the front desk came to investigate the noise, and they called the police. The police had to kick in my room door and kick in the bathroom door to free me. No one called me the next day to see if I was okay, and I asked to speak with the manager about the charges, but she didn't return my call. When I checked out, I was able to speak with the manager, and I'm asking for something in writing saying I won't be liable for the damages, and I would like compensation. She said I should receive an email from her or the company later that day. The police said I can request their body cam footage if I wish to pursue a claim."
