"Clean and comfortable room. Hotel is a lovely blend of vintage and modern. Amazing service across the hotel. Superb cocktails! Absolutely recommend for a lovely weekend in Bath."
"We loved everything about the Gainsborough, the staff were very helpful, the Spa was brilliant, the room was clean and today, also the maid was very polite and helpful.
We were also upgraded to the Gainsborough suite as we mentioned it was our 25th anniversary so this was a plenty surprise, the hotel went above and beyond as they laid on a complementary fridge of drinks, a bottle of wine and a big box of Bath cheeses.
Truly wonderful stay - thank you we come again."
"Lovely clean room , although small and compact everything we needed was there . Friendly atmosphere at reception staff kept our cases safe whilst we shopped around the markets "
