We let the hotel know of our wish to have a room that’s quite as we are very light sleepers. We put in301 the woman at the reception told us it’s quite. It turn out that the outside and inside were very noisy for the three nights we stained in this hotel. Someone played music at a little after 7 am on Sunday! The location is convenient in terms of public transportation. The room was very basic, no water bottles, no sleepers were provided. You only jhave two paper cups and 2 glasses provided.

All staff were very welcoming and friendly, and I felt very safe as a lone female traveller. All of my questions and concerns were addressed respectfully. The hotel itself is in a great location nearby many shops and restaurants, and I had a great view of the bay and city from my room.
