Room was big Cleaning was excellent Location opposite from Tree Town (Candy Bar side) which can be noisy but no fault of The Sports Lounge Everything close more bars massage shop eating areas and 7-11 Transport at door step Only negative was the water pressure All in all pleasant stay

Hotel and bar.

The room was nice and clean. The hotel is really in the middle of things but I will say that because of the location it's a little noisy at two in the morning. Otherwise great place to stay.

Well, if you stay at Soi Buakhao you also know that it is party from 12-03. But this has its rooms on 3 and 4th floor. Very clean rooms, even though we had to change ours because the Aircon didn't work in the first room. Definitely worth every baht for a night.

Just fine if you want to be centre of action.

Roomi is fine. Fridge, kettle and microwave. Very good bed & sheets. New aircon was good after I washed out the filters. Nice people here. Not as noisy as I expected at night. Nothing to complain about. Oh ya, safety box not working.

I spend about 3 weeks at this hotel. I stayed in 3 different rooms. The cheapest room was a bit on the small side but not bad. Everything worked and was on the back side of the hotel so bit more quiet. The little bigger rooms were nice sized overlooking soi buakhao. Everything worked, nice TV lots of channels. Nice staff. Guest friendly. For a "cheap" hotel this was my favorite place to stay in out of the 8 hotels I visited during my 2 month trip. Little loud at night but with A/C on and tv on I could not really hear the bars which close at 4 AM. Bed was a little firm. If it had a topper it would have been even better.

I would highly recommend this place. I don't have the cheapest room I have the one above that. It's spacious clean big TV big shower lots of the channels on the TV, good fridge ,,microwave, kettle. My room is facing soybe account so it's a little noisy. If they had a fan in here for a white noise that would be great. AC works great but it's not loud enough. Odd placement for the TV you can't really watch it from bed. In this price range this is the best room I've stayed in of the five hotels that I've been in the last 2 weeks. The bed it's not as firm as the other places were so it's more comfortable for me. The place is guest friendly..

i enjoyed the balcony not that i used it that much the bad things were no water pressure for shower at all the air con couldn't be adjusted wasn't working properly the balcony had external access which made for it feeling insecure rooms sometimes were cleaned sometimes i had to ask once the room was cleaned but then left with door wide open and everyone would walk passed ive stayed at other places with better service in saying that the service downstairs in bar area was good

Lets be honest.....you get what you pay for, had to move from my previous hotel as it was booked out, so for one night i stayed here....staff were helpful and did their best but as for the accommodation....i won't be staying again.

This room is situated above a bar right beside a road. Load music playing until 3:00 am. Noise never stops from traffic on the road. Rooms are on third or fourth floor with no elevator. Arrived before check in time and we were kept waiting until over 1 hour after check in time.

This chain allways finds a way to keep your deposit but this time my earpods and some cash stolen from room otherwise very noisy until 3am and unwelcoming i am sure they will lie in responce but i am verified and honest just avoid many better properties with honest Thai staff i left early

Almost 1 month stay Excellent Value for the Money

I am giving this place 5 stars simply because my vacation was great and the value here is excellent overall. This is not a luxury hotel and there is no elevator or lift! You will walk upstairs every time to get to your room. Plus another negative is the the staff are gone when the sports bar and restaurant close downstairs. But this is the entertainment district and you are in the Center of Tree Town and Soi Buakhao- so its a perfect location in walking distance to everything. As others mentioned it gets Loud at night... very true - but this is to be expected for the area. Staff are friendly and help out. If I had paid more - then there would be other criticisms - but this place has a comfortable Queen bed - air conditioning, - refrigerator, microwave, safe, good water pressure and pretty clean for the price point. I stayed almost a month. Its 5 star for the money. Plus I needed the exercise of walking up stairs.
