"The place is retro but very much updated.the views are amazing from any floor. Quite atmosphere family and mature guests make the place joyful. A good place to get away from the maddening crowds. Excellent service and hospitality. Very clean and updated room fixtures."

"Checking in was a breeze. 60 for valet was a tad high considering my room was like 20 more dollars. But, that was ok. If I knew where to park my car without problems I would have. But I didn’t. So, all is well. My room was immaculate. I was going to the 9/11 race and it was raining. I didn’t know if I’d be back before checkout at 11. The lady at the front desk said she could ask the maid not to clean my room until after 12. I thought that was very sweet of her. I didn’t do it though. Great experience"

"The resort is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was very nice and welcoming, and our beds were super comfortable, which is always a toss-up at most hotels! Our only real complaint was the water pressure and the shower. We could not figure out how to get the shower temperature right—it was scalding hot, and we couldn’t get any cold water to come through. The sink had cold water, so we knew it wasn’t an issue with the water supply, but we just couldn’t get the shower to cooperate. We also tried calling the front desk for assistance, but unfortunately, no one answered. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and thought the resort itself was beautiful. Hopefully, the shower issue and front desk availability are things they can improve, because otherwise it was a great experience!"

"The room and lobby were clean, well maintained and well stocked. The staff was attentive and very helpful with park formation and shuttle organization. The main restaurant left much to be desired, a little dirty, some of the premade salads were "turning" if I return, I’ll be sure to avoid eating there."
