They have all the amenities you need for your family which was very accommodating and a shuttle to take you to universal studios right outside the hotel. "“Suites” were out dated, smell of old water and stained sofas. We had two rooms and the “studios” were remodeled and much more clean. Don’t recommend suites and staff was overall pretty rude and annoyed. "
