Even ordering Uber Eats I had to file 3 disputes because the restaurants or merchants always forgot items. I will never come to this hotel again. The rooms are very old and outdated. The air conditioner is in auto, so you can’t sleep with the AC on all night if you wish. Don’t let them give you a room near the pool you will not be able to sleep. People making too much noise after10:00 pm, The chairs and umbrellas that you see in the pictures are Not included! You need to pay for those ! The breakfast Buffett not worth it. This hotel does not offer daily housekeeping and only on the third day of your stay. Garbage was not even cleared out. Floors were all crumbs and not vacuumed when we checked in. "

"This is our second time staying at the Sheraton Vistana in Lake Buena Vista and it did not disappoint. There are so many onsite activities and and may family enjoyed the pool, arcade, and fitness center. It was also close proximity to Disney, restaurants, and plenty of activities in Orlando."
