"Room was clean. Staff super helpful. Quiet even though close to the freeway. Breakfast fresh and filling. Close to the airport. Price is right for a 12 hour layover so I did not have to sleep in the airport. Thanks so much!"

"Staff was so nice. Shuttle was helpful. First room on bottom so heard the 4 am flight guests but that is not hotels fault. Laundry on site and decent breakfast."

"This is the worse hotel that we have ever stayed in. We could not close the pocket door to the bathroom. (4 of us shared the hotel room because we were only there for a short time.) The door was swollen from the excess water in the bathroom. Only hot water came out of the faust. We really slept in our clothes because it was past scary. We got there close to mid-night so we spent the night because we had paid in advance. The drapes were ripped and torn. I dropped a pill on the carpet, I put that pill in garbage can. The entry door needed to be washed or maybe painted it looked very dirty. There was plenty of parking not much lighting though. Please don't stay there. We tried calling to confirm our reservation after 45 mins l stopped calling the unanswered phone. Please stay away. It's not worth the $80 bucks not even for free. We believed that this hotel chain had standards this should be CLOSED DOWN. We had two handicapped people with us and the front desk would not have the hotel shuttle come pick us up at our building # 7. We had to ask about the American Disability Act and still they would not help us. One plus, there was plenty of parking, not much lighting. DO NOT USE THE HOTEL. R Brough "

"San Francisco Airport is located very close by, and the noise from aircraft taking off and landing disturbs guests' rest."

"Villa Montes is my go-to place whenever I'm in SFO for the night. Beds and bedding are super comfy. Air conditioning is quiet. Furniture is clean and comfortable. This is a solid place to stay!"

"The hotel rooms and halls were in good condition, the staff was friendly, one of the people at the desk gave us directions to walk back from the rental car area which was only 2 blocks and much faster than waiting for the shuttle to bring us back. The shuttle starts at 5:11 am and runs every 45 minutes. It was 3-4 minutes late this morning but not bad. The bed was comfortable. The thermostat for the air conditioner had nonworking batteries and the front desk didn’t have new ones. However we were able to operate the air conditioner from the unit itself. Overall a comfortable stay. We left before breakfast so can’t comment on that. "
