"Not really worth the price, the room was nice and comfortable tho. The only thing I didn’t understand was when they asked me for a deposit after I already prepaid. They did not mention how much the deposit was going to be they just told me they needed to have my card as a deposit I did not ask why but once I went back to check they charged me $100 they did not mention it was going to be $100 more and no where does it mention about the extra deposit cost you will have to make once you arrive. They don’t even mention if you will receive it back like in other hotels they usually return the deposit if the room was not damaged or left in a bad state but they just take your money and don’t tell you what for or any information on that. The breakfast could’ve been a bit better aswell. We also left our tag on the door asking for room service, when we got back the room was still the same and we had been out since around 8 am came back at 11pm. I like that San Francisco is not too far of a car ride maybe like a 30 min ride. Overall I think this hotel is ok just to sleep for a night as your last choice. "

"I stayed here last night and overall the room was clean and tidy. The property itself seemed well maintained, and I appreciated the cleanliness. However, my experience at checkout was disappointing. When I showered around 8:45 a.m., the water was cold, and I was barely able to shower. I mentioned this to the front desk at checkout, and instead of apologizing or looking into it, the staff member told me he had showered at 6 a.m. without any issue. That response felt dismissive, as our experiences were clearly different. There was no apology or effort to address the concern — I was simply told “okay, you’re done,” and that was it. While the room itself was fine, customer service matters. A simple acknowledgment or apology would have made a big difference."

"It was close to the airport and the shuttle was always on time. They took care of my late check out due to my flight schedule. I had zero issues. "

"Al staff no le importa el cliente. Simplemente estan ahi ocupando su silla. Fue mi error dejar el auto mal estacionado. Pero no fueron capaces de avisarme, vino la grua y se lo llevo. Al otro dia no me podian decir ni siquiera quien se lo llevo para recuperarlo, hasta las 9AM que llegaba la Manager. Mi error fue el de estacionar mal. Pero la actitud y ayuda del staff del hotel fue menos 10!! "
