"The hotel was nice but no room view "

"Rating: 1/5 Stars "I stayed here for two days and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. To begin with, the toilet in our room was clogged, and there was zero effort from staff to fix the situation. There is no room service and essentially the withholding breakfast that was bread and the worst tasting coffee. The management is the biggest issue. The manager was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. He spent time watching us from our car and micromanaging our arrival. When it came time to check out, he tried everything possible to withhold my deposit, even after his own staff confirmed the room was in perfect condition. It felt like he was intentionally antagonizing us. Between the poor service and the suspicious activity in the surrounding area, I would strongly advise staying elsewhere. They do not treat their guests with respect.""
