The hotel manager took feedback very nicely. There was initially an issue with smell coming from the drains and toilet. They did something to fix that problem for me. Interior of the room was well maintained. The walls were thin though. During my visit, some other tourists were travelling in a large group and they were room hopping. I thought it was child screaming in the hall but it was a mature auntie screaming and talking loudly.

Very unique stay, close to public transit of all kinds, sharp and kind staff, lovely toiletries, and the breakfast at Omu Cafe was delightful. Would stay here again.

By far one of the best properties I've ever stayed at in my entire life. I've stayed at my fair share of luxury hotels and this definitely tops the list. The view from the harbour-side room is incomparable and definitely well worth it in my opinion. All staff were excellent throughout the stay and accommodating. The hotel itself has a very unique artsy decor and is definitely a unique experience. Shout out to a staff Candace Li, she was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The best interaction with a hotel staff I've ever had. Stay here in Hong Kong, you will not regret it!

"The hotel is right in between 2 MTR stations and not particularly near either, takes about a 5 min walk to reach either station. There were plenty of eateries and restaurants around and the Temple Street night market is walkable from the hotel. But the area around the hotel and around Nathan Road ..."
