"This is a very family friendly resort. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selections were good and hotel was very clean. Everyone had a great time."

"The location was perfect. Quieter and more relaxing than Palm beach but a short convenient bus ride to all restaurants and bars. We stayed in a two bedroom suite with a kitchen. Perfect for our family of four. Staff were friendly. My only complaint would be the beach staff. They are not friendly. I would prefer if the hotel simply put out all the beach chairs and umbrellas in the morning and charged non hotel guests to use them instead of making guests wait for the beach staff, who don’t want to help and are only polite if you leave them a tip…every day…for 7 days…to do very little. All in all though, it’s a great place to stay!"

"Rooms need a major refresh. We found mold in the bathroom. There were dried dead bugs on the floor. Very small room. Would not stay there again."

"stayed with partner and we didn’t take the all-inclusive option. The food in the restaurants was delicious, everything was clean, and the territory was well maintained. The only downside was the staff not being very friendly. Compared to the Dominican Republic or Mexico, the service here felt much weaker and less customer-oriented. I think management should pay attention to this. The young women at the front desk, in particular, seemed unhappy doing their job. These are usually the people who create the first impression of the hotel, and unfortunately, our first impression due to a tired and unfriendly receptionist was not very good. Also, on the beach you need to grab umbrellas early, otherwise by around 11 a.m. there are no spots left. This is because not only hotel guests use the beach, but also outside visitors, who tend to take spots quickly. So that’s another small downside. Overall, we liked everything else."
