My family and I had another wonderful stay here. (Our 3rd time) The view from our room was breathtaking. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food was good and happy hour was fun!! Kitchen in the room was a huge bonus. Plan to stay here again in the future.

The only positive thing about our room was the square footage we had. Other than that the cleanliness was not there. Mold everywhere, even on the mirrors. The patio had bird sh*t everywhere. Our room wasn’t serviced one time during our stay. Staff at the pool bar were friendly but menus needed to be cleaned, old food on them. Injured bird floating in the pool for quite some time before it was removed. We were notified at check in the Tuesday night of our stay, they would be “updating the generator”. We had no power for over 8 hours, couldn’t shower or flush toilet, no access to elevators etc. I wish I could say I was surprised they did not comp everyone in that building for one day but free coffee in the lobby seems comparable.

The resort itself was great. The room was okay. Some flaws in design (bathroom door hitting the toilet when opened, bathroom door didn’t latch shut unless locked) the shower didn’t drain well- had to stop mid shower to let water drain , the slider door was really tough to open and close- track needed cleaning or some grease. BUT we had a walk out room right to the pool and this was amazing which made the room issues not a real problem.

Wonderful hotel right on the beach! Pool and hot tubs were spotless, swim up bar was perfect- especially loved the soft sandy beach. Room had all the amenities including washer dryer combo (took 5 hours for a load but did the job). We enjoyed the kitchen as well - beautiful views- definately recommend!!
